1. It's a lazy Sunday morning and you wake up to your dog licking your face and the smell of
sizzling bacon from the kitchen. You have absolutely nothing planned and can stay in bed all
day.
2. You're going back home in the school van, trying to concentrate on the new book you
borrowed from the library, you fail and stare at the passing trees outside like you're in a indie
music video.
3. It's the eve of a much awaited road trip, you're experiencing a happy-buzz so you make a
quick visit to the grocery store with a bucket list of snacks that include chocolate Timtams, Amul
ice cream sandwiches and popcorn.
4. You're sat in the balcony of your house during golden hour, learning to paint watercolour
flowers, and while changing colours, the water bowl you're using makes a pretty pattern of multi-
coloured paint swirls.
5. A relative gifts you a scented candle for your birthday, you find it months later, tucked inside
your drawer and decide to light it on a lonely night - it smells of vanilla and baked goods, of
familiarity.
6. Post a quarantine workout on your terrace, as you watch the sunset, you discover a secret
spot that was somehow never noticed before, it's now your little haven of cozy blankets and
fairy lights to relax in when the world gets too much.
7. You dreamily make Pinterest boards and watch YouTube videos for college dorm room decor
inspiration filled with DIYs, feeling uncertain but excited for the future.
8. As your parents flip through cheesy photo albums and narrate their love story, filled with
stolen glances and handwritten letters, you wonder if you will experience a heart-melty kind of
love.
9. You have just placed an order from a small business, you know there's some form of charm they
come with - you look forward to the carefully hand-wrapped packaging and little thank you
notes.
10. It's a winter night, you put on your favorite socks, worn out but comfortable and with a cup of
hot chocolate in hand, start watching a Christmas film.
